Education is key to every child’s success and is the only way to break the poverty cycle. We aim to improve education in rural Malawi through scholarship programs that supply children with nutritional food and school supplies that allows them to attend classes.
Primary education in Malawi and Tanzania is free but students are required to purchase their own school uniform, pens, and notebooks, which many families find difficult.
Many of the basic skills and fundamental knowledge required for life are learned in the 8 years of primary school.
Our program identifies children in need and supplies them with all the tools to be a successful student. This includes food, uniforms, shoes, school supplies, and a blanket and mat for proper sleep.
